Right--typically it takes a few years to "ingrain the system." It took St. Crutch about two years.

I'd 'guess' Gannon brass will want to keep the up-tempo style of play. It brought their fans back after a decade.

Yes. Resources.

Most D2 schools are in isolated small towns. Erie is (mostly) a nice city. Renovated facility on the way. Nice following (when winning).

It's a good D2 job.
