Per their twitter account Winona signed Isaiah Easaw a 6'3 guard from Scottsdale CC and Rickey Calvin a 6'5 forward from Illinois Valley CC.

I thought they both looked skilled on cherry-picked video, Easaw particularly. Pretty hard to know until they play against league competition. Hopefully they add meaningful talent.

Northern's only other offer that had been out there was Jay Small our if Hinton, IA (also offered by USD) but he is heading to Kirkwood Junior College.

I felt pretty strong that there would be another kid coming in, but nothing I can find yet.

Kim Anderson didn't take long to upgrade the talent by the looks of it. The kids from moberly were both at mid majors before juco as well. I'll be surprised if there is a more talented/athletic line-up than what they field next year. They also added 6'9" Jonathan Murry from KCK junior college. That's two 6'9" post players and two 6'5" wings. Question is, can this talent stack up against NWMSU and their experience/cohesion?
