The Mules did what they should have this weekend. Tough to get a god gage with terrible officiating. Team was focused and took care of business. Played a lot of players. Need to get some guys healthy. Kob and Spence each had a good game. Spelly is going to be fun to watch. DJ is a little rusty from his injury, but should have nice year. Winger can shoot! Looks like tougher competition coming to town in Cameron and Maryville. Maryville beat Miami of Ohio a D1 team in an exhibition game to open the season. Mules need to establish home court dominance this year. Go Mules.Comment

Cameron up 16 with 6 minutes left, in the Multi,not a good omen it's still to early to judge but this year coach K needs to make the field of 64.Comment

Go figure after getting it handed to them on Thurs, the Mules come back and win today over Maryville by almost 20 a team that beat a D1 team and Cameron the team that beat the Mules. It's still way early but as FightinMulz said let's hope Cameron was a needed wake up call.Comment

Mules play Rockhurst, and Newman today and tomorrow Rockhurst has beat Washburn by 2 in overtime and MWSU by 14. Mules were beat before the MIAA tournament last year by them at home so expect a tough game. Go Mules.Comment

Mules win big 79-58. Good win Pitt State beat Newman by 88-69. Coach K mentioned that Newman's post player is a D1 transfer. Still if the Mules are who they are supposed to be should he another W. Go Mules.Comment

Mules play Newman at 5pm today. Newman beat Cameron by 2 in overtime but lost by 5 yesterday to Emporia State. If the Mules play like they are capable of should get a victory. Have had one bad game so far and from Coach's comments after Rockhurst,game they don't want it to happen again so should he ready..Go Mules.Comment

Great win yesterday, need to get after it again today against Newman. So I know that Talbert is out of the season (according to an earlier post), but does anyone know what's going on with D1 transfer guard Phillip Winston? I noticed that he hasn't played this year either and he was a very good Juco guard a couple years ago and was also a McDonalds All-America Nominee. Any insight would be good, because I am wondering what's going on myself. Go Mules!Comment

By the way, another nice win tonight for the Mules. It was nice to see 5 guys get in double figures and the other guys step up when Reaves didn't have one of his best shooting games. 6-1 on the year now! On to Baker on December 5th.Comment

Mules play Baker on Dec 5 on the radio announcement for the upcoming game it said if you take 4 non perishable can goods you will get free admission should be a good tune up for the first conference game THE BIG ONE. So you know who that is.Comment
