Looks like the third string QB is getting some run. Garcia hurt or benched?

So what will this year's excuse be? My money is on "An injury to our starting QB forced us to play our backup."

Lets see, WL has won three games against Clarion, A-B, and WVWC, combined record for those three is 1-14. I really don't see any more wins on the schedule for this year. Oh well, another average season on the Hilltop.

I’ll be surprised if we win another game but we usually pull one out that we shouldn’t. Maybe get to 5 if everything goes our way

I've heard some pretty horiffic stories about WLU's football recruting practices over the years.

    2021 West Liberty 4-7 4-6

I would love to see a fresh new coaching staff come in, and take the hilltop back up on top of the MEC. We did in basketball, and with our facilities I'm sure we could do it in football. I would think the West family gets tiried of watching a bad football game with no attendance.
If anything, he has degressed. To put a point on it, Waialae finished above 500 his first six seasons (worst season being 6-5 his first season as the HC). In the 11 seasons since them, Waialae has finished above 500 twice (6-5 in 2012 and 2014).
