But, yes, being a WR at Bloom is like being a WR at Navy.

New rule? Players transfer within the conference and play right away all the time. Off the top of my head, Marshall Vogel played QB at WCU in 2008 and played in games at Kutztown in 2009. DB Kenny Williams played in a game at West Chester in 2013 and played all 11 games at Kutztown the following year.

I can understand how a high school player or his parents wouldn't know the tendencies of any given school, but it's unforgivable for any high school coach to let a talented player waste his eligibility enrolling at a program that won't use his talents. Hope he gets a chance to show what he has at WCU.

The quality of the QB play in recent years had to be an issue too. I hope its improved this year.

For those playing at home, the last wr to transfer from Bloom to W. Chester was Brandon Simmons.

Good to see Bloom's future QB throw 5 tds in first half of local all-star game.

Jim Doyle will be calling the games on the new station this year. He is a reason why I am still following Husky sports.

That's good news, Jim Doyle is a great announcer. I have friends in the area very disappointed with last years coverage issues - you couldn't go too far from Bloomsburg and still hear the game. Personally, it seemed a bit of an over reaction to me, but it is what it is, and this year is a good conclusion, with probably a better radio station.

He may not throw five passes in a whole game at Bloom.

After reading the posts about IUP's running game, that may be a stretch for the hawks too.
