Not in the running for the year's best record, but I will for the second time put in my two cents.

LHU wins at home over Millersville. I guess some Bald Eagles can still fly after the Texas misadventure.

Edinboro wins another backyard brawl over Mercyhurst.

IUP wins at home over Slippery Rock, but the PSAC West laurels are lost for the Crimson Hawks. The irretrievable damage has been done.

California thumps Clarion. Golden Eagles will not be able to stop Mitchell and the Vulcan offense. Won't be close!

Kutztown will do to East Stroudsburg what they --the Golden Bears--did to Bloomsburg last week.

Seton Hill loses again--this time to Gannon. It doesn't matter who the Griffins are playing.

Shippensburg gets a respite from the PSAC East competition. Red Raiders at home will win, but so what?

West Chester will beat Bloomsburg, even though it is Homecoming in Huskyland. Bad things have happened to the Golden Rams up at Bloom in the past, but that won't be the case on Saturday. I look for Long and Rosario to have big games for the Golden Rams, and the Rams will stack the defense to stop the Huskies one dimensional offense based on running, running, running the ball. What else? They can't pass! By the way, I am a Bloomsburg alumnus, but I also have quite a few friends with a West Chester connection and I often make the 30 minute drive out to WCU to see Golden Rams play. It is always a pleasurable experience to see a game at Farrell Stadium, and to--hopefully--renew some acquaintances. I will, however, be rooting for the Huskies on Saturday. I WILL be there. Consequently, I will be late with a lot of my posts and reports this coming weekend. One we go!
