If we had a real sports book I'd move IUP up to -29.5, Ship to -17.5 and Lock Haven to +14.5.

Gotta keep the heat even for the house to win. The Pitt line did drop to -17 from -17.5. Word is it may be down to -15 by Saturday morning.
