I was seriously hoping with a season under his belt that NOAH MITCHELL would be significantly better this year. Not the case so far. Just took the 2nd half KO to the goal line and fired a rocket through the receiver's hands for a pick. A controlled throw would have been a score. Still not evolving into a QB. Third int today is not going to do it.
