Shepherd has been the only consistently good team in the WVIAC/MEC. Any other good team has been a flash in the pan. Good for a couple years then back to nothing. West Liberty, Wesleyan, AB, Concord, Fairmont, etc.

Way to state the obvious that conference is a joke! My sons middle school team would have a winning record in it!

This week. PSAC title game. Playoffs.

Taking a step further, all three games could be in Indiana. The West hosts the title game this year.

Again, IUP is one of the good programs in Region 1. They are not a powerhouse and no they haven't been in the top 20 year in and year out. 10 wins a year is hard to come by, it's nothing to throw shame on that you haven't got there every year. But you sir are talking out your arse.

You do know that Shepherd is in the PSAC now right? The MEC is not competitive top to bottom, we all know this. But the top teams in the MEC consistently compete and win their share when matched up with the top of the PSAC or GMAC. These are facts.

IUP would beat every team in that conference now, as well as shepherd.

Check the resume! Shepherd made the national championship in 2015. IUP last made it in 1993. Regardless of how strong the rest of the WVIAC/MEC were, they still advanced to the championship more recently than IUP.

I didn't say anything about the staff. They are an upper echelon Region 1 program, along with Shepherd/Rock and recently Notre Dame from the MEC. Ashland I would think is sure to join that conversation going forward as well.

Since 2010 IUP has won 2 PSAC titles, pump the brakes dude.
