Slippery Rock at West Chester (+3.5) - Gym Teachers get a much better test but have too many scholarship players for the poor walk-ons.

Edinboro (+24.5) at Shepherd - How many points does Ernie and QB1 want to score? That's the only question.

California at Kutztown (+7.5) - Bears' defense is still good. Perhaps the offense will remember it has a game this week.

Seton Hill (+7.5) at Shippensburg - Not good for the Raiders, but, oddly, this has become a tough game to pick.

Clarion (+3.5) at Bloomsburg - Huskies cover late and win a shootout, 10-6.

Mercyhurst at Lock Haven (+7.5) - Lake Show more like the creampuff show to start the campaign.

IUP at East Stroudsburg - Warriors had to be looking ahead last week, right? Regardless, Tort's teams are nasty on the road.

Bowie State at Saginaw Valley - BSU had a tough win over a good New Haven in Week 1. SVSU beat West Virginia Wesleyan by 300 points. Give me the battle tested team.

Ohio Dominican at Tiffin - Toughest game on the board this week.

Ashland at Findlay - Unless Fake ND is down, Ashland looks real good.

Tennessee at Pitt - Panthers going to have a Wild and Wonderful hangover.

WEEK 2

Gannon at Millersville (+17.5): Gannon ran over the preseason #3 in the MEC. Millersville even with 17.5 will seem like a bump.

Slippery Rock at West Chester (+3.5): The Rock that rolls.

Edinboro (+24.5) at Shepherd: Boro started 3 true freshmen (all on OL or DL) and rotated in 8 more. That explains some struggles so this could be a long one.

California at Kutztown (+7.5): KU Bears need some Extenze. What a flaccid performance.

Seton Hill (+7.5) at Shippensburg: Seton Hill must have thought they were joining the PAC because they're playing D3 level ball.

Clarion (+3.5) at Bloomsburg: Bloom's OT loss to Stonehill, a trans school presenting as FCS, is more impressive than Clarion's loss to Gary West Liberty.

Mercyhurst at Lock Haven (+7.5): LHU started 1-0 last year as well before losing every other game.

IUP at East Stroudsburg (no spread as IUP hasn't played yet): I'd love to see IUP pull a Kutztown and get a limp d*ck loss but they're too talented.

Bowie State at Saginaw Valley: Bowie took down the #1 NE10 team and Saggie destroyed WVW like they were Cheyney. I'll take the home team - that's a long bus ride.

Ohio Dominican at Tiffin: Should be a great game. Tiffin stomped on the conference doormat but ODU took down the preseason #1.

Ashland at Findlay: Findlay was chosen to win the GMAC but lost decisively to ODU. Ashland was picked #3 and upset NDC by an even bigger margin.

Tennessee at Pitt: I fully expect Pitt to shake off the opening week rust. Plus they also rise to these occasions. Its the FCS games they play down to.

Slippery Rock at West Chester (+3.5)- I think West Chester keeps this close, but Rock's talent prevails late in the 2nd half.

California at Kutztown (+7.5)- Kutztown bounces back and this ends up being a tight one late, Bears cover.
Seton Hill (+7.5) at Shippensburg- Ship works out some kinks against the Griffins I guess.

California at Kutztown (+7.5)- this is a huge game early for Bears; 0-2 start could be hard to overcome

Seton Hill (+7.5) at Shippensburg- the Hill being competitive, but still losing

Clarion (+3.5) at Bloomsburg- Huskies probably let one get away last week.

Mercyhurst at Lock Haven (+7.5)- 'Hurst scored some points last week.
