Band and cheerleaders were there. You could tell the students were at home because there wasn’t a ton there standing in the field house side of the home bleachers. It was packed though, because Martinsburg was on the road for the playoffs. Beautiful day too.
Guess you are just better than us. That’s why you are the unstoppable juggernaut and we are just lowly IUP.

Now now you are dying to rub our faces in it like you did in 2019 and 2021. :-)
Of course the winner of this game gets a $99.99 NCAA regional trophy and the right to be stomped on by Grand Valley.

It never should have been 24-21.

I just want to highlight Joey Fisher a bit. He absolutely manhandled DJ Adediwura. He whipped him so bad that Slippery Rock moved him away from Fisher. When I say manhandled, I mean blown off the line time and time again. It was quite an impressive display.

That wasn't a fluke. IUP wanted that game more and it showed on the field. IUP should have won that game by 20+.

1) Poor QB play
2) Poor secondary play
3) Bad penalties
Those three things almost cost them a game against an inferior Ashland team. Shep is a much better team than them.

Not in general. THAT particular game they should have won comfortably.

IUP definitely won that game and deserved to win, but you can't say that a team should have won by more when the other team had some areas that they could have done better in as well.
1) ZERO QB sacks in 50 drop backs.
2) 32/50 for 304 yards... count the 7 or so drops and...
If this happens again, IUP loses by 20 plus.
