It was a mixed bag for Bagent, but there have been a lot of QBs who have looked worse. Still, I was proud to see him playing in a regular season game.

          10/14 for 85 yds. Respectable.

The Vikings radio announcers were talking about Sheperd and even called them the Rams!

Paul Allen is a quality announcer who does his research as does Pete Bercich.

TB stats better than Justin Fields today.

Glad to see Bagent get some action, but typical for the Bears recently that Fields goes down when it looked like they were finally starting to get a few things figured out. If Bagent has to start next week, I hope the crap o-line doesn't get him killed.

It looks like Bagent is likely starting this week.

He is, and who's that in the bullpen? Why, it's that Trace McSorley, signed to the practice squad today.

Given the overwhelming hype for Penn State vs. the PSAC (constant stories on ABC 27 every night for Penn State while you wouldn't even know Shippensburg or Millersville had a football team at all, it will be interesting to see if McSorley can pass Bagent on the depth chart.

Well, he would have to pass Peterman first.

I recall someone on this board saying, after Tyson’s first game against ND, “I think we have a good one here boys”. Not sure who that was, but he was right.
