28-0 now. But it hasn't been that close.

Nice homecoming of sorts for Lek Powell. He spent the first 12 years or so of his life in Shippensburg. His dad, Chance, was a Ship assistant for about 10 years, and also was head coach at his alma mater, Shippensburg High School. (I think he's the OC at Carlisle High now.)

Shepherd holds Ship toward the end of the first half, using the remainder of their time outs … then returns the punt for a TD.

            Shepherd def. Ship 38-0.

The Rams kicker has a leg; I was hoping they gave him an opportunity for what would have been a 50-yd attempt near the end, but they opted to punt instead. He made a 37-yd FG earlier and it appeared the ball was still above the uprights when it passed by. I think the coaching staff was playing for the shutout though.

Ship: 40 carries for 21 yards. That will not get it done against anyone.

It's rare to say this, but IUP's production crew has too many toys (camera angles). They jump all over the place.

                    IUP 7, Clarion 0, 1:48 1st.

Boy, the refs swallowed their whistles when a BU receiver got clipped on a pass then turn around and throw a flag for roughly the same amount of contact when WCU has the ball. Unbelievable.

BU hangs on for a narrow win 23-21. Really nice late TD catch by Griffin-Batchler to take the lead.

These two make the BU student broadcast crew sound like prime Jackson and Musberger.

I think comments are required because that production is unacceptable. Really, do they think nobody listens to this, anyway, therefore the quality doesn't matter? I really wonder.
