Matt Burgland had an article in today’s Gazette about transfers in the PSAC and he wrote that 94 players have entered the portal, maybe more. Several of those have been captured in this thread but he mentioned IUP, Kutztown, Slippery Rock, Cal, Bloomsburg, and East Stroudsburg as doing the best job of keeping defections to a minimum.

Yeah there are a lot of interesting things going on this round of the portal. So many PSAC guys getting FCS and FBS offers (and some having upwards of a dozen) is really surprising. I do wonder if that's going to really hurt the number of guys who transfer within the conference. Some clear high performers posting no offers so far is also surprising. Someone like Wilfredo Diaz. Coach Malpica doesn't seem to have any offers either.

IUP does have some big shoes to fill in the secondary and it seems like they are doing that.

Not to be sarcastic but I've never heard his name before.

I don't know the whole roster from memory, but when I've never heard of somebody it's usually a mutual split.

Williams got on the field and played well as a freshman. He is probably still deep on the depth chart.

Winston Eubanks had to medically retire mid-season due to his history of concussions.

Wasn't aware of that. Thanks. He was great at Ship, but was never going to play much at Penn State. That's another ball game.
