Money, Shepherd not fully funded and as of this point no capable QB on roster..

Well, there are probably few, if any, teams in the PSAC that are fully funded these days. It just seems Shepherd is getting more activity in the portal than usual. Have they lost some of the funding they had?

Joey McCracken (Ship QB) announced on Instagram that he is medically retiring from football. He most recent injury is a torn labrum. Three straight seasons of season ending injuries.

I had a chance to talk to him briefly a couple of weeks back, and he indicated he wouldn't be playing again. I think it's a very smart decision on his part.

SH was pretty young this year and had some really good players (just not enough). A couple of them will be highly sought after in the Portal.

The RB is obviously the star attraction. We'll see what he does with his lone year remaining. But, they have a couple guys on defense who could play anywhere in the PSAC.

That school isn't for everybody. It's nice and all but it's like being in 13th grade.

Plus going to Catholic Schools suck. I wish I had never gone to one..and I’m going to my high school reunion tonight. Ugh.

40-45 minutes…maybe a little less now that 119 and 22 were widened over the years…

I have the first entry, and can't say it's surprising. Shippensburg QB Sam Stoner is last seen turning left at Sheetz and heading outta there.

Not surprising as you say. I think he would be on the depth chart behind Micucci and Gunnels if all three returned next season. Just hope they can keep whoever starts healthy next year and establish some stability at the position.

Hopefully these young men stay on campus a few more weeks to closeout the semester and earn credits.
