    WEEK 8

Fairmont State at Edinboro (-7.5) I'm hoping the Scots don't have a hangover from last week's big win.

West Chester (-3.5) at Lock Haven: Rams over the Eagles of the Bald variety.

IUP at Slippery Rock (-3.5) Back and forth on this game. Rock ended their 2-game skid, and will barely cover. Looks like the injuries that piled up on them during the Cal game are starting to recover.

Gannon at Seton Hill (-1.5) Toss up, going with the Griffs

Shepherd (-3.5) at Bloomsburg Toss up # 2

Clarion at California (-5.5) Let's see if the Vulcans can get off the Schneid in the PW Bowl, It doesn't help them that they are still dealing with player injuries from the SRU Game, but Clarion is dealing w/a QB injury of their own...does he play this week?

Millersville at Kutztown (-35.5) 35.5 is too much...

Shippensburg at East Stroudsburg (-21.5) alot of points here, but i think ESU covers.

Saginaw Valley at Grand Valley State (-14.5) Lakers to win, Saggy to cover.

    St. Olaf at Bethel (-24.5)

    Wartburg (-24.5) at Loras

    Texas State (-3.5) at Marshall

Tennessee at Alabama (-9.5) 9.5 is too much to give here.

USC at Notre Dame (-8.5) 8.5 is too much to give as well.

    BONUS

    1) Gannon will score over or under 24.5 points: ___Under________

    2) Total combined points, Clarion at California, over or under 65.5: ___Under (I know likely everyone picking over, AmIRight?_________

    3) This PSAC road team will win by the largest margin: __WCU (By Default..I dont have any other roadie winning)__________

    4) Total combined points, this PSAC game (including FSU at Edinboro) will have the most (combined) points scored: ___IUP v. SRU______________

        WEEK 8

        PICKS IN BOLD

Fairmont State at Edinboro (-7.5)- just weird to see an out of conference game this time of year

West Chester (-3.5)at Lock Haven- Haven can be spunky at home

IUP at Slippery Rock (-3.5)- I think the wrong team is favored, it might be a different story if ROCK was completely healthy , there are not even close. They did look good last week and the energy was high on the sideline, but they are very one dimensional on offense, special teams are average at best, when in the past they were very good. For THE ROCK to win they will need IUP to turn it over and commit many penalties

Gannon at Seton Hill (-1.5)- over under personal fouls/unsportsmanlikes @5.5; going over

Shepherd (-3.5) at Bloomsburg- been told Bloom is better than their record, better not come down to a kick

Clarion at California (-5.5)- Clarion not as good as their record, and Cal not as bad as they have looked lately

Millersville at Kutztown (-35.5)- another dial-a-score game for Bears

Shippensburg at East Stroudsburg (-21.5)- Warriors are the epitome of a Jekyll/Hyde team

Saginaw Valley at Grand Valley State (-14.5)- Lakers ready to make late season run

        St. Olaf at Bethel (-24.5)-????

Wartburg (-24.5) at Loras- at least I have heard of Wartburg

Texas State (-3.5) at Marshall- the Herd is not that good; but better at home(probably regret this one)

Tennessee at Alabama (-9.5)- just think it is too many points, Vols QB very mobile could cause problems for Bama's D

USC at Notre Dame (-8.5)- Irish are overrated

        BONUS

        1) Gannon will score over or under 24.5 points- OVER

        2) Total combined points, Clarion at California, over or under 65.5- UNDER

        3) This PSAC road team will win by the largest margin- Nobody( No Road teams win)

        4) Total combined points, this PSAC game (including FSU at Edinboro) will have the most (combined) points scored- Clarion/Cal

              WEEK 8

Fairmont State at Edinboro (-7.5) - Boro should control this one, I'll take them by 2 scores

West Chester (-3.5) at Lock Haven - toss up game, I think Haven can get the win if QB1 is still out for the Rams

IUP at Slippery Rock (-3.5) - IUP controls this one throughout, they get the win 31-17

Gannon at Seton Hill (-1.5) - Seton Hill is too one dimensional to keep up with an offense like Gannon's

Shepherd (-3.5) at Bloomsburg - Shep starting to find themselves a bit and Bloom is tanking

Clarion at California (-5.5) - Clarion keeps it rolling in a close, back and forth battle

Millersville at Kutztown (-35.5) - going to be UGLY

Shippensburg at East Stroudsburg (-21.5) - ESU has been all over the map, but if you follow the pattern, this week they are on

Saginaw Valley at Grand Valley State (-14.5)

              St. Olaf at Bethel (-24.5)

              Wartburg (-24.5) at Loras

                WEEK 8

Fairmont State at Edinboro (-7.5) - I always try to root for the PSAC teams, but Boro isn't exactly putting our best foot forward. They will probably get the win, but I don't think they will cover after all their previous one possession games.

West Chester (-3.5) at Lock Haven - Not a slaughter like Haven v K-Town, but not pretty. Remain on injury watch for this one.

IUP at Slippery Rock (-3.5) - The Evil Empire might not be the same. Slip is lucky they got a tune up game against Seton Hill to try and get right. That, plus being at home, gives them the edge they need to take down IUP. This game will be PSAC football at its best and ought to be on prime time, but it will ruin the board no matter who wins. Does that really leave any winners?

Gannon at Seton Hill (-1.5) - It's kinda funny, Gannon managed to beat Slip, while Seton Hill managed to beat IUP. I am more confident in Gannon to be able to repeat those performances.

Shepherd (-3.5) at Bloomsburg - Hard toss up here, the Sheep don't seem to be as meek as we may have thought but Bloom may have figured it out. Could both be late season bloomers. Speaking of which, I'll take the Bloomies!

Clarion at California (-5.5) - Clarion is 5-1 coming out of the baby stretch of their schedule, from this game on it's all serious. Only uphill from here. This will be a competitive game. Cal has zero idea what they are doing at quarterback. However, being backed into a corner and in your home stadium is a good way to bounce back. The Battle of PennWest begins.

Millersville at Kutztown (-35.5) - I am so sorry.

Shippensburg at East Stroudsburg (-21.5) - You sunk my battleship!

Saginaw Valley at Grand Valley State (-14.5)

                St. Olaf at Bethel (-24.5)

                Wartburg (-24.5) at Loras

                Texas State (-3.5) at Marshall

                Tennessee at Alabama (-9.5)

                USC at Notre Dame (-8.5)

Fairmont State at Edinboro (-7.5) - The half point makes this a juicy cover choice.

West Chester (-3.5) at Lock Haven

                          IUP at Slippery Rock (-3.5)

                          Gannon at Seton Hill (-1.5)

Shepherd (-3.5) at Bloomsburg - BU can't consistently stop the run and Shepherd can definitely run.

Clarion at California (-5.5) - Gotta gamble somewhere to make up ground

Millersville at Kutztown (-35.5) - I think this is the first KU spread big enough for me to pick a cover.

                          Shippensburg at East Stroudsburg (-21.5)

Saginaw Valley at Grand Valley State (-14.5)

                          St. Olaf at Bethel (-24.5)

                          Texas State (-3.5) at Marshall

                          Tennessee at Alabama (-9.5)

                          USC at Notre Dame (-8.5)

                          BONUS

                          1) Gannon will score over or under 24.5 points: Under

                          2) Total combined points, Clarion at California, over or under 65.5: Over

                          3) This PSAC road team will win by the largest margin: IUP
