Zacchaeus Laing DB 5'10" 170lbs Stone Bridge HS Laurel, MD From Virginia State
Brayden Kirk OL 6'1" 280lbs Spring Mills HS Martinsburg, WV From Shippensburg
Xavier Lott DE 6'1" 220lbs Randallstown HS Baltimore, MD From Widener
Colvin Jones DE 6'3" 215lbs Mervo HS Baltimore, MD From Sussex CC
Levi Faircloth OL 6'4" 315lbs Hedgesville HS Hedgesville, WV From Marshall (committed to Marshall out of HS, but having trouble finding anything in regard to him actually enrolling)

I can't figure out who the other 2 might be, but it's a big class. No quarterbacks, which means they feel good about Jackson Sigler being the guy headed into spring ball.
Is Ezra Bagent not a possibility. I thought he was 2nd string back up last year. Could be wrong.

Year 4, they keep recruiting over him. Solid backup though?

I saw the sad news about the passing of one of the recruits - Xzayviia Bundy LB 6'0" 220lbs Essex HS Tappahannock, VA ---- a day to two after announcing he was going to Shepherd.
Thoughts and prayers to his family.

Very sad, yes. Saw that circulating yesterday as well.

Based on the statements and writing in this article from WTVR, it seems most likely that the young man either experienced an extremely tragic firearm handling accident or took his own life. Police chief said that he suffered a gunshot wound, and the department isn’t seeking suspects at this time. The story could change, of course, but sad news no matter what.

Not sure the last time Shepherd Men's basketball has been in contention for any type of conference hardware, but with 4 games left they are tied for 1st in the PSAC East. Playing West Chester on Wednesday 2/18 in a battle for first place as both teams are tied for first. I know the East is not as strong this year as the West at the top, but this would be a big accomplishment for Shepherd.

I probably jinxed them. It's a 4 team battle at the top all within a game of each other for the PSAC East 1 seed.

That is amazing. I know a former player and he said that they were always bad when he was there. That made me wonder why he chose Shep over staying in Pittsburgh, where he is from.

Shepherd has always been the epitome of average in basketball. Coach Namolik's career record heading into this season was 237-229. They did make a run to the PSAC champ game last year in the postseason tournament and finished the season 21-11, so looks like they've built a bit on that success last year and are keeping it up.

I can remember back to the 1970's when fans and students would fill "The Pit" to the rafters and Shepherd was a leader in the WVIAC.

Shepherd has two elite guards. If they had the big guy, look out.

The Rams are real tough at home.

The East is kind of a mess this year, race-wise.

The whole league is battling for the right to get murdered by Gannon in the Final.

Rams advance to round 2 after a win over Lock Haven at home 84-80. Rams nearly blew it late in the 2nd half as LH cut it to 82-80 with 30 seconds left, but held on. Shepherd travels to California PA on 3/4 Wednesday for a shot at the PSAC semifinals.

Sounds like Ernie will be once again looking for a new OC with spring practice starting in a week or 2. Rob Ambrose is reportedly headed to Duke is the rumor.
