    Wasn't just effort. Couple of those dudes looked like they wanted no part of contact. Couldn't be the cold because they just played in worse. I think that traveling may have taken something out of them. That and they were not use to getting bullied and didn't know how to respond.

    Ditto about throwing up hands. That’s a leadership problem. Someone close to the program I know well said that mess wouldn’t have been let fly last yr. And on top of that What skill position players do without the ball in their hands impresses me more than when it is in their hands and there were some effort issues today IMO.

    Oline got beat the whole day. Running backs were acting like children by throwing their hands up when things weren’t going their way. FSU beat them like NWMS beat Harding in 21’. Just flat out got outplayed. This is a good dose of humble medicine. That offense can’t run without push from the Oline, and today was a bad day. Young guys learned a lot, seniors get to take that lesson with them to their new life as working professionals.
