Yeah, that is the reason why that particular message board is baloney. They have one guy that has half of D2 going FCS. An OVC invite for them could make sense but you just proved it wrong. Nobody on that board wants to do their due diligence before spouting that crap.

They should probably make a FOI request. Aren’t things being discussed by elected officials supposed to be open to the public unless it pertains to personnel matters, or non elected people.

I haven't heard anything about D1.
The Mules have some WR talent coming back, but did lose a couple. Rumor has it a couple of D1 transfers may be on the team this fall.

Both of the following guys were listed as transfers back in February. David Johnson 6-2, 190 was a 3 -star recruit (WR & DB) from Hooks, Texas and played DB for Washington State, but he will play WR for the Mules. Jake Lippe 6-2, 201 WR transferred to UCM from North Dakota State where he played in 50 games and racked up a bunch of receiving yards.

I am familiar with the individual you refer to. He's just aimless speculation, throwing darts at the wall. The posters who have less than 200 posts and who comment on very specific matters; those are the guys you have to watch out for. This UCM rumor falls in the latter camp, so it's a level above complete baloney.
