O-line hasn't been the same since AD either.

they have been pretty obsessed with finding that "dual threat" running QB. which i have always thought a running qb's skill were best used in scrambling or when plays break down. Unless you are a running option team, i have never been a fan of designed qb runs, unless it was a run fake bootleg to the outside or something similar. unless you need a yard or less, i think qb dives are dumb and unnecessarily risky...i'd rather see a hand-off to a running back whose entire career has been running the gauntlet.

The O needs to do a ceremonial burning of last year’s playbook. As in, set up the burn barrel, toss all the copies in, and light the match.

I recorded the game and just watched it. Tank fumbled at the one and 51 for NW recovered it in the endzone. Watching it from our seats near the 50 I thought Tank got tackled in the endzone. 51 is the unsung hero of the game.

idk what’s worse than +6 to’s & losing. quite remarkable, guessing our all time is 1-whatever after today. this regime has had a game like this (with several to’s) every yr it seems and always lost them which is obv the expectation when that careless with the ball.

LOL…then they are delusional. He has no reason to come back, other than hometown hero. I don’t know him personally, but do believe had things been different, he may have (like Ben) waited for the job he wanted instead of the first one (or one of the first ones) that came along.
