QB is a gunslinger. 3 passes for 3 TDs, or 3 ints= same confidence level on the next throw.

It was a different QB last year, and we put the ball on the ground at high rate too.

Runke is a share all type QB. He really is nice about giving the other team the ball as well.

Idk how to feel about it. He was the most instinctual LB I've seen play in the conference besides maybe dreiling. Basically captain America status as a player and when he returned as a coach. His defenses at Washburn as a coach have been pretty meh. That could be due to the staff he is with and the recruiting direction Schurig has gone in.

I think they need a fresh start though at head coach. They have great facilities. It's a top business and law school so I'm sure they can get donor money. Start recruiting KC hard

Lindenwood had a kid from Blue Springs Connor something. I'd put him in that group.

Assume you were in say AD's shoes and people you know are asking about what you will or won't do...would you be 100% sure they won't come to a place like this message board or even out in public and spill the beans on what you'd really like to do? Is there any chance you might tell them something other than the full truth because you don't want it to get out?
Within reason if I was AD I would. See if you can get more money from UCO. Something along the lines of " I've heard rumors that other schools are interested in my services as HC but I'm committed to these kids here at UCO to finish the best season UCO has ever had with an MIAA Championship and a playoff berth and the opportunity to win a national championship.

With that he said he'd listen without saying it and gave his resume on why UCO should pay more to keep him

Don't remember the Elwood lbs last name either, but he was a good one.

Ronald McKinnon played for UNA bitd.

He was the best I've ever seen in D2.

moso's the only other possibility that's reasonably foreseeable factoring everything in
no idea whether they'll do it...actually i'd guess not at this point no reason to not have announced it by now.

That's my guess. Give AB another year to come back to the pack.

I agree if Missouri Southern was going to make a change they would've done so already.

Don't see anyone else within the conference in trouble to be honest.

The goal should be a Natty, if you haven’t got one yet idc how many winning seasons you have had. Natty or f*ucking bust

hate to say it but, id have to agree. when it comes to OU football, the only true measuring stick is NC game or nothing. it's the way it's been here since at least 1949. that's why I'll take college football over NFL 9/10 times.
the drama cannot be beat. nfl, you lose 5 ,6 games, you can still be the man so a loss is meh....you lose one in college, dpending on who you are, could keep you from seeing anything resembling a NC game.

back to coaches. i may be wrong but, i don't get the impression AD is even remotely interested in doing something other than what he's currently doing. either he's a great actor or he's having a GD blast coaching this team. low pressure to produce at this point and the kids have bought in and listen. still...there is that far off buzz about the D1 jump. he's got to be thinking that's a possibility.

How about assistant coaches. Defensive struggles at UCM, is the DC's job on the line, I would think so. I also wonder about the other defensive assistants at UCM. Maybe time to clean house on that side of the ball.
