Good, tough game ASU. You've got some players. I loved the length of your receivers and you've got a good, hard-nosed DL. We missed quite a few tackles because of the shiftiness and toughness of your halfback. You had us reeling in the 2nd quarter. I do think our depth wore you down in the 2nd half. Not sure if we've ever played as many players as we did. The new Red shirt rule helped with that. With Fuller out at Wide receiver and Laws out at tackle we had to play several players who might eventually red shirt. Don't know your roster well enough but Wagner probably did the same. Anyway, good game and wish you luck the rest of the way.

I will agree that ACU will probably be the best defense we see all year; however, (and hopefully I am wrong) Charlie hasn't shown any sort of consistency when it comes to stretching the field, nor has he shown any consistency to not turn the ball over. Those two things by themselves don't give me a lot of confidence. And this is not on the kid, I don't think we have the QB COACH in place to help these guys. Like I said, we haven't developed a QB in the last 4-5 years.

Also, not saying that we need to replace Kyle, just saying that we should see marked improvement with QB play with each year and to my untrained eye, we have not done it.
