Hats off to the Rams on a great defensive performance and their offense doing what it needed. Good luck to them and their fans rest of the playoffs.

Angelo won in the trenches. Score does not reflect how dominant Angelo was. Defense played lights out. CONGRATS to Angelo & it's fans.

      Up next, Mines.

Not a bad day. Offense needs to play two halves next week. Receivers need ton run better routs and stop making QB look bad

Congrats to Angelo for stuffing that option. Good luck next week. Mines looked like a beast today but could be because the NSIC was so weak this year. Should be a heck of a game.

I was right about the option. And really not a fan of an offense based on the option where everything is happening really slowly and five yards behind the LOS. Jus allows the defense to tee off on it. Even with an elite athlete running it, not going to work. And he didn't look good throwing the ball, although he wasn't given much of a chance by the defense (and Bronkhorst wasn't sharp either). ASU dominated, completely shut them down. If not for that last drive Kearney had that stalled out they'd have ended up with only about 25 passing yards and 150 total yards.

Heard after the game that the ASU QB was sick the last two days. Not sure if that played a factor on the up and down performance today.

While the Kearney D isn't great, their DC has made good halftime adjustments to limit damage several times this season.
