Looks like it is as there is a watch button at https://wildcatsports.com/sports/mens-rugby/schedule

Of course CWU also has women's Rugby which is pretty good too. For their games you can go to https://wildcatsports.com/sports/womens-rugby/schedule and find the stream links.

The real question though, should we mock WWU for having Rugby and not football?

Absolutely. Mock them at every opportunity
Who was the first person to look at a cow and say, "I think I'll squeeze these dangly things here, and drink whatever comes out?"

However it is a club team, not varsity.

I met a SMC rugby player at Postdoc Brewery in Redmond. He was talking about how disciplined they are and how they are able to perform at that level with that reputation despite only being a club team.

Isn't that true of all NCAA rugby?

That sounds a lot like their men's basketball team.

There isn't such a thing as NCAA Men's Rugby.

The NCAA classifies Women's Rugby as a NCAA Emerging Sport since early 2000's

NCAA does not yet sponsor rugby. But some colleges sponsor rugby with varsity programs who have scholarships like CWU and Cal. Most, however, only have it as a club sport (Life, Lindenwood, Saint Mary's UW, WWU, Arizona, BYU, etc etc etc). College rugby has sorta had various organizations it is affiliated with.USA Rugby is the main parent organization but the College Rugby Association of America is what runs most of women's college rugby (D1 Elite, D1, and D2) and men's D1A Rugby.
