Frustrating game for me at Monmouth today. The Wolves had numerous chances and some crazy play calling. Didn't get in from the one seven times from the one yard line on two different series and the offensive coordinator kept calling the same play up the middle. Just when I started to have faith in this guy he does crazy stuff like that. They get a blocked punt we get all kinds of opportunities to score and honestly was one of the worst called games I've ever seen. They must have called quarterback run 12 times. Now I want to give Kingsville some credit, they really played top and composed and did very well. The defensive stands for the one yard line we're very impressive. But my goodness, I just can't believe the lack of imagination and play calling by the wolves. It's mind-numbing.

WT has shown up wearing the grey uniforms that I hate, tonight with pink trim (yes I know why). They almost fumbled the kick. 3 and out, with Gibson looking like he's been replaced by a guy who had never seen a football.

UTPB takes 2 plays to score. 7-0

Maybe next week the Buffs will dress up like Tinkerbell.

So Angelo decided to stop screwing around and turn things up a notch…they just scored two TDs in like 2 minutes and are now up 36-10.

Upset Alert is now off but will be keeping an eye on CWU.

Definitely agree on the play calls at the goal line. And in general I’m not sure why you call so many designed QB runs when your first string QB is out injured, pretty risky. Hats off to TAMUK defense on the goal line stands.
