I didn't care who won, but thought it was a good game. I kinda liked the call. I think they convert that a high percentage of the time. the receiver was open. Unfortunate one team had to lose

I was terrified watching as Moorhead went for it. What’s left of the NSU D just finally made the one play they needed. I was only able to watch the last 6 minutes and OT, but it looks like Matt Witwicki was treated to quite a game. Can’t wait to hear what he has to say about it.

Wolves still have a tall order to make postseason, but a fun, entertaining game, with almost 1,200 yards of offense.

I don't like Moorhead, never will, and i dont really like Steand, but I'd be shocked if he, at minimum, doesn't make and NFL practice squad. He is great, still has room for growth, but you can see that he has the look of a true QB.

Regardless of throws the Dragon WR came up with some amazing grabs. We are both on the level of up and coming but still not quite there.
The problem is the Dragons likely regress next year because Strand, a few receivers and plenty of other upperclass starters will be gone. There will be a lot of holes to fill, meaning the team likely steps back. This was the season, if any, to make a splash.

Game went as most expected I think. Northern being down 5 starters on defense with two of them All Americans is really hurting us. Offense killed it. Over 600 yards.

Only thing I was disappointed in was the fan turnout. Really bad considering this is best team Northern has had in quite sometime.

Just relieved to leave Minot with a win this time. Those 8 hours will fly by. Team should be home soon.

Coach said they are down 11 on the 2-deep on defense. The other things he said, including a hot mic were amazing, haha.

Im getting as many people as I can to Sioux Falls next weekemd, plus a large alumni base in SF, it will be the biggest game we've ever had. I've got spare shirts and I'll pick up every story person on the way down.

Last season Wolf crowd was very sparse, l'm assuming a larger contingent on Saturday. Are you driving a bus?

Was able to go back and watch the game and a couple things:

                  1) I couldn’t believe it live when Moorhead didn’t even try to run the ball with 3:30 left up by 3. I was even more stunned after watching the first 3.5 quarters. The Dragons did have some success running the ball. Can’t believe they didn’t at least make NSU use timeouts. I know Strand and his merry band of WRs are amazing, but still.

                  2) Strand is amazing. I didn’t love the plan of rushing only 3 most of the night, but when NSU did bring more Strand killed the Wolves on multiple occasions.

I think you'll see the same gawdy passing numbers next year as it's very system generated. Strand throws a good ball when he has time and has open receivers as I imagine the guy next year will as well.

We generally have a good turnout at games in SF due to a large alumni base.

A good QB is always going to burn you at times on blitzes. But I don’t think we blitzed enough. When we were able to force him to move he threw most of his incompletions. We certainly weren’t having much luck dropping 8. Might as well try and get to him.

I haven’t watched this year, but in past years, I haven’t been surprised at how many hard hits he took, due to rough OL play. If future teams have issues protecting, will other QBs be able to withstand those hits like he has

Hats off to Northern on a big W, but less than impressed with their HC taking shots at MSUM players with memes on Twitter postgame and deleting the tweets. Tough program to truly be happy for.

Not saying it isn't true, but I was scrolling through X quite a bit last night and never saw anything and he is one of many Northern accounts I get notifications for.
