Mustang offensive coaches are spineless! Down 5 with 3 minutes left and only 2 timeouts, they punt on 4th and 3 from midfield

That’s normally a decision the HC makes. I’d guess the OC and the position coaches would favor going for it

Regardless, I am not a fan of such conservatism. Tells the offense he has no faith in them.

I graduate from MSU in May.

It was not a pleasant visit to KO - I was more than pleased that the Augie faithful got to sit through that blowout. Though the MSU side wasn't exactly the spitting image of civil either. Couple of them almost got booted for throwing snowballs.

EDIT: Not worth giving any more attention too. It was a good game.

Disagree. Let’s say he puts the faith in the defense and they get a stop. Guess what? They’re still trailing at that point. They really got no closer to winning the game.

Dude I was there!! Should have said “HI”. I have the load MAV horn in the parking lot. Auggie did loose 3 starters on D. Really feel for those young men and the team. Don’t get me wrong, do not like Auggie. $30 tickets. Can’t leave at half. Better team won.

Shoot! It was a last minute decision on my end to come down, if I'd have known - I'd have totally stopped by. Had on a fresh Carhartt MSU cap that I got from the bookstore, and a flannel coat - down by the railing. I'll keep a note and swing by the next time I see you. Probably be around a bunch for hockey and a little basketball if you ever make it out to that stuff.

I'll pause it here with my thoughts on Augie - already stated my frustrations and don't want to derail the thread. It was a good game, MSU came to play - had a rough first quarter, then really opened things up.

Someone has to pay for that new hockey arena. It was sticker shock though. Someone said that they only do that for the Key to the City game and the Mavs???

I knew they cranked up the prices for the Key To The City game. Didn't know they did it for Kato too.
