Interesting. She had a chance to be a team leader next year but deciding to jump ship instead. I hesitate to be too critical of her as there are a lot of reasons to enter the portal that are nobody’s business but hopefully it’s not the start of additional departures. I know they think this transfer from Millersville is going to be a star. We also know Carey loves the portal, so who knows what is going on behind the scenes.

Aubry Saleapaga, a 5’9” guard from Las Angeles, CA and most recently Central Community College in Nebraska. Two years eligibility remaining. She averaged 14.5 PPG last season playing in all 28 games and averaging just about 30 minutes per game. Her team was awful going 5-25, but community college can be a tough read. She was an All Region selection.
As we know, IUP is already deep with guards but we’ll see how Aubry fits in. They went a long way to get her so there’s something Coach Craig liked.Comment
