Missouri Southern adds two new recruits to their roster after signing three earlier this year. The new additions are:

Stan Scott - 6'4 Jr. guard. Transfer from D1 Oakland University. Went to high school in Williamsport, PA.

Aleksa Markovic - 6'5 Freshman forward from Bloomfield, IN HS. Originally from Prodgorica, Montenegro.

Earlier announced signings were:

Winston Dessesow- 6'0 Freshman guard from Farrugut (FL) Academy. Originally from Baltimore, MD.

Martin Macinis - 6'5 Freshman guard from Stagg HS in Hickory Hills, IL.

Tyriqe Jackson - 6'6 Freshman guard from Lonoke, AR.

Lots of new players in that 6'4 - 6'6 range that will hopefully make some good contributions and help take us to the next level. Looking forward to a great year from the Lions with all the returnees we have, plus these new additions. Go Lions!!!

Central Missouri just signed a 6' 2" guard that played in 10 games last year for the Kansas Jayhawks. He will have three years of eligibility left as he enters his sophomore year. Looks like a great pick-up for UCM, but given the Mules four year slide under the current (horrible) coach....why the hell would he pick Central Missouri?
