Selfishly, I very much want Northern to lose in the first round. It doesn't matter to me if they lose by 1 or lose by 30, but I want Augie to be the most recent National Champion in our conference. In fact, I don't want anyone from our conference to win one until Augie wins one again. And I don't think that qualifies me as being mean or being selfish or whatever.

Am I being unselfish if I want Northern to win in the first round?

Oh no, I've never turned down anyone who wanted to share the nectar of the gods. Of course, you have to bring your own straw- civilized people don't share that.
