Looks like Missouri Western has a new coach. Seems like he wins a lot at the JuCo level, never been head coach at a 4-year before.
That's who they should have hired last year...it was who the girls on the team wanted.

Emporia State with a similar (slightly less impressive) hire. No evidence she's been outside the Southeast much. At least has some 4-year experience.

Missouri Western coach now at Morehead State is really living it up. Morehead State has 15 players in the transfer. Like...how is that even possible?

At least the coach gets to build the team the way she wants it....if you can find enough players.

The Baylor men’s team found itself in a similar spot, coming off an NCAA tournament appearance and without a coaching change. Not a single player from last year’s team stayed. I think there was 4 or 5 that were out of eligibility and/or going pro and everyone else (I think is was 9) jumped in the portal.

What’s not to love about the effects of NIL in combination the transfer portal? Lol

Doesn't surprise me. Her actions pretty much show she wants either an all or mostly international roster...gives her more control over her players and her treatment of players will likely come back to bite her in the backside before too long.

Why not enter the portal? You don't have to leave. Why not see of there is more NIL money from someone else to either leave or use as a bargaining chip with the current school.

Many a coach says if you go into the portal to do "shopping", you ain't welcomed back. Obviously, there are exceptions but a Coach has to fill out a roster and not wait around for months to see if you "slum" it back to State U. Plenty of fish in the sea.

Wouldn't it be nice if "many a coach" held himself to the same standard instead of "listening" to hiring teams as a way of getting more $$$ out of the current school. The hypocricy of big time college coaches on the transfer portal and NIL is annoying. Acting as the players shouldn't have the same rights they have.
