The initial owner is, in theory, determined by distance from stadium to geographical center of the county. I have HSU being 0.3 miles closer to the center.

Now Southern Nazarene takes over GAC-land. It will most likely be ruled by Arkansas-Monticello for one week before Southern Arkansas gains control to end the season. It's doubtful SAU will make the playoffs with two losses so the only chance GAC-land will change hands again is if SAU loses a potential bowl game. No one could have imagined this.

If OBU loses the BotR, I think SAU has the best chance to be the second GAC team in the playoffs, I think. But could just be HU this year.

Who knows what will go down in the MIAA and GLIAC? Is any team a lock these days?

No, it has been a wild year. Not as many major upsets, late in the season for the MIAA so far. *knocks on wood*
ESU has beast of a 3 game stretch here, and so does UCO... We dont have MOSO beating an 8-2 team that just took down the #1 team in the country like last year.

If Pitt wins out, they could have 6 wins against teams with winning records this year.
NWMSU needs to win 2 . They have NSU, and MOWEST left
UCM need to win 1, they have MOSO, ESU left
UNK needs to win 2, they have WU, MOSO and Hays left

It would be an astounding feat to go 6-1 against teams with a winning records...

Curious what you've seen out of UAM that makes you think that's the "most likely" scenario.

And Ferris has a task with Saggy and who knows what will go down in the GAC. Heck, even my Lakers could stumble.

It's a little transitive theory mixed with history. Two days ago we would have never imagined that scenario but yeah there is another we would have never imagined either. SNU beats UAM then the SNU/OKBU winner finishes as King of GAC-land.

Pretty sure I'll be tracking two belts next year.

Going to be weird if Southern Nazarene holds onto all of that GAC territory if they win today.

Doesn't matter who wins that game, the winner will hold all of GAC territory with 3 wins.
