West Chester scores again after a seemingly defensive stop by Kutztown, but a very dubious unnecessary roughness penalty against KU gave WCU a first down and the opportunity to score again, which they did on a pass play. 38--21 WCU. Golden Bears then turned over the ball on downs at the end of the 3rd quarter. KU has no answer for WCU's running QBs.Comment
