Agreed. They went toe to toe with concord and lost a heartbreaker.

Maybe they are using the no rematch in the first round criteria. At least for Cal. Not sure why Findley is ranked lower - seems they have played a tough schedule. Bet they wished they played northern Michigan instead of Ferris state.

Doesn't NDC count? They've been very strong recently.

I am great, all things considered! Still haven't been able to go out to a football game. Thank goodness for streaming. Maybe I can make it out during basketball season.

This is turning in to Shawshank on the night Andy arrives. Byron Hadley shows up for orientation.

Shepherd is still a pretty young team overall, and barring the usual grades hiccups should be a much more formidable team on the lines next year.

been a good transition year for them, next years schedule is going to be a big step up too so it may set up nicely being a more mature/stronger team.
They'd have to catastrophically let down to drop one to the Fighting Stewies. I was thinking along the same lines for next year as you stated. This is the setup year for a couple really strong years to come for Shepherd. They could have easily been 10-0 at this point and from reading their comments in paper, the players who will be leading the team next year and the year after know it was on them and what they have to do to correct the mistakes they made.

Hop off, buddy

LOL it would be a close one. I wouldn't want to bet on either team.

It doesn't look like ADs or conference managers try to improve their teams chances for post season, so many must just not be that interested. Its nice, but no big deal.
