Nope. Never said they were...unlike those that still describe the NYT and WAPO as fair.

There were times when you could be executed for stealing a horse...I think we need a constitutional amendment protecting horse thiefs because there was a time when we executed them.
Worth noting, a "breeder" can be fired for having too many children. It even has its own discrimination title - Family Responsibility Discrimination or FRD. Guess they need their own constitutional amendment protecting them also.

If they have so much in reserves why do they need so many walk ons for foosball?

The unchecked attacks by fellow reporters on Weiss and the forced resignation of Bennet speak LOUDLY about the state of the current news room across the nation...Only one political view will be tolerated and if you stray from that, you open yourself up to personal attacks and run a real risk of being fired. If you are a report at the NYT, WAPO or almost any other news paper across the US and you have ANY "non-conforming" view points, EVERY day you go to work you are going into a hostile work environment.

Journalism, true journalism, is uncovering of facts, pro and con, and presenting them in context. If you ignore facts that don't conform with your view OR sque facts to to meet a particular purpose, you are not a journalist...you are an editorialist. And a paper that allows and often openly encourages this is not being fair and impartial in it's reporting regardless of it's public statements. That is what the NYT has allowed itself to become...little more that the unofficial propaganda outlet for the left-wing democratic socialist movement.

Given the likely future make up of SCOTUS, I expect these remaining laws will be enforceable within the decade. At that time all Americans will once again, by law, not have the same rights. Also expect to see the Voting Rights Act of 1965 neutered if not voided entirely. Of course, Roe will be gone by the end of '21.
And you fail to point out that this law was struck down as unconstitutional...17 years ago.

Yea and it is also illegal to practice occult arts in Oregon...in RI you can get up to 20 years for slitting someones nose or ear...in NC you can't hold a meeting while wearing a mask...in NY you can only wear a mask if you receive "proper approval"...in NH a fetus at 20-weeks becomes a person entitled to legal protection, except if the mother wants to have an abortion. In that case, the "person" is not protected...in Nebraska it is illegal to get married if you have a venerial disease...in Mississippi it is illegal to have two illegitimate children...in Mass it is illegal to sing the Star Spangled Banner incorrectly...in Maryland, you can't curse in public...in GA it is illegal to eat fried chicken with a fork...in Arkansas it is against the law to pronounce the name of the state incorrectly...and in Alabama, it is illegal to have, keep, sell or use silly string and snap pops.

My personal favorite, in Florida it is illegal to become a member of or advocate for any anarchist or communist group or organization.

Article is about IUP, but goes into the categorical breakdowns of the system.

Funny you use the word equate. Most folks just want to be treated equally...You know tax cuts for EVERYBODY...Healthcare for EVERYBODY...Put yourself in someone else's shoes for a second, and you might see it too...Maybe you are too far up in your ivory tower to notice...
