This time BU gets the benefit from a dubious penalty, a facemask away from the tackle. Sheptock has also burnt all 3 of his timeouts to prevent delay of game penalties. Two of those came on 1st and 10 with plenty of time left on the game clock.. You only get 3 timeouts! Just take the 5 yards on 1st downs and try to get 15!

Unbelievable. Bloomsburg stops ESU with about 7 minutes left but commit a 12 man penalty on the punt to give ESU a first down.

BU will be getting the ball back with about 5 minutes to go 87 yards. That’s still plenty of time even with no timeouts with the first down stoppages. No need to go air raid, just no dawdling between plays.

East Stroudsburg's defense has been a little soft in the 4th quarter (and has gotten no help from its offense).

With no timeouts Bloomsburg's offense needs to move with more urgency IMO.

EDIT: mind you, if the first item remains true, the second item isn't as much of an issue, especially if they get out of bounds.

BU driving here. 3rd and 5 at the 10 with 1:29 left. Bad pass by Riley bailed out by a DPI call on ESU in the end zone.

Perhaps Bloomsburg should try a different play on 4th down. They have run essentially the same thing 3 times and failed to get into the end zone.

BU stuffed at the 1 three straight times after a 2-ish yard gain on first down. Perhaps some play-action or an outside carry might have been worth a try rather than the same exact inside run on every play.

Amazing goal line stand by ESU after Bloom had 1st and goal from the 2 yard line. The Warriors stuffed three straight runs inside the 1 yard line.

East Stroudsburg beats Bloomsburg 27-21.

Bloomsburg really needs to evaluate the coaching staff. Maybe we were spoiled by a GOAT that was able get the most out of what he had but this current product on the field is hard to cheer for. 4 tries from the 2 and you run the same exact play 4 times in a row! Pee Wee coaches could have called that better.
