    Nice deflection...

IUP draws Millersville…a rare time the Ville is better than us at in the big sports. I imagine IUP will be just happy to be there

But, considering Gannon's location, there's only so much room if they want their teams to play close to campus.

For football, there's essentially no visitors' side. There's a couple sets of bleachers maybe 3 rows high on ground level. So, you can't see a thing if the action is on the opposite end of the field as the visiting team is in your view. The one nice thing is there isn't a track so you're really close to the field.

I'm surprised GU baseball hasn't just tried to partner up with the minor league team up there (kind of how Cal plays at Washington Wild Things stadium).
The revamped affiliated Minor League Baseball schedule would make playing at Jerry Uht Park unviable for Gannon (or, for that matter, Mercyhurst). Considering most PSAC series are consecutive home-and-home double-headers (Fridays and Saturdays) and that the new affiliated minor league schedule has the Erie Seawolves playing a six-game series each week, typically Tuesdays through Sundays, the logistics of trying to squeeze in college baseball games during April and May at Jerry Uht Park would be a headache that's not worth the trouble.

The Washington Wild Things play in the Frontier League (aka "Glorified Beer League Semipro Ball") whose season begins in early May, which is when the PSAC regular season ends, so there isn't a conflict between Cal U and the Wild Things.

IUP blew out East No. 1 seed Millersville last night, 8-1.

IUP will play the walk-ons next.

Millersville is also the top seed in the regional rankings!

The Home Office in Lock Haven pissed them off!!!

They are playing with house money now.

The icing on the cake is we will get more Fake Dixon points for beisbol than East Dennyburg (who choked too)!!

The West won 3 of the 4 games yesterday. Impressive.

The path is clearer for The Stewies.

Seton Hill (as usual) is very, very good in baseball. As you said, IUP is purely playing with house money and shouldn't have any pressure.

They've been pretty solid in baseball ever since they went co-ed. Yes, they made the PSAC playoffs but the dropoff from Slippery Rock is surprising.

They crushed Track U. Maybe they should have had a few of their sprinters on the team.

That’s what I was wondering. I thought Slimey Pebble had the facilities snd the backing in beisbol.

They've got the facilities but not the money. I wonder how long until their coach goes. Unsure if its him or a change in priorities.
