I get it, but you don't have to hang out with anyone lol. Rosemary is beautiful and pretty easy to keep to yourself/family and have a great time.

I’m sure it’s a nice place to visit. I’ll never know.

A lot of nice beaches sure. I’d be concerned about the hurricane risk if I was attending a Florida school as an out-of-state student. Some of my family down in Florida tell me that the state and various municipalities are still picking up the pieces from Ian nearly two years later. Obviously most storms aren’t going to be Category 5s but the back end of hurricane season does overlap with the fall semester at a lot of schools.

Destin is a great place. It is conservative and values the rule of law. If you dont like that...you probably would do best to stay in Indiana County Pa.

Beautiful place. That would be an incredible place to spend your college years.

UWF is exploding. They are the new GVSU. They'll be huge in a while. An attractive school in an attractive area with a ton of potential students. They're also the only college sports program in the area. Pensacola is thriving. There are over 50,000 people in the city but over a half million in its metro. For comparison, that's 5 times as many people in the West Chester zip code. Being the darling of a metro starved for sports is a huge part of GV's success.

West Flori-duh isn’t going to stay D2 for long.

It’s just a step for them to move up.

Remember..IUP’s first D2 playoff game was against Central Flori-duh.

But, yes, that would be insane.

Using the Mercy Rule is just an embarrassment.
The FBS schools tried avoiding this by saying that FCS schools have to offer 56 scholarship equivalencies (out of a max 64). The problem is that the bottom dweller programs like the NEC are mostly private schools who can just budget in the additional discounts. Duquesne got $750,000 last year to lose to Coastal Carolina and West Virginia by a combined 122-24. There has been only one donation to Duquesne football in that range - and it was the lead gift on their "stadium" from the Rooney family.
