A weaker class for D2 prospects this year, most likely due to new transfer rules. The PSAC representatives by the resident draft expert on the main site, Josh Buchanan:

Here is an updated top 35 D2 prospects. A lot of changes since my last post.

Right now Drew, Jerrell, and Stephens are the 3 I think have a shot to get drafted but we have to remember it only takes one team to fall in love with someone and draft them.

Funny, ESPN lists Curtis as QB from Bryant. No mention of Gannon that came after Bryant.
