Much like Tech, Northern has a good D but lacks offensive creativity. Ferris is also playing at home as #1 for the first time ever, so I don't think this ends up very close.

Michigan Tech vs Grand Valley
I could write a long post about last week's game, but I won't. Tech is a slightly better version of Northern but the lakers won't be sleepwalking into this one.

Northwood vs Wayne State
The timberwolves badly need a conference win, but they won't get one here. With NMU and Tech on tap in the next two weeks I think they'll go winless in their last year as a GLIAC team.
