We have given up very few sacks, but get hurried a lot. Our WRs struggle to make YAC on the underneath passes. Even for first downs. With Garrison and Katsis demanding so much attention we should be better at it, but aren’t. I’m not overly hopeful we come away with a win.

I figured this thread would be 147 reload posts telling us how ESU is going to win.

Kind of disappointed so far, tbh.

The loss at Missouri Western may have taken some of the wind out of his sails.

Honestly, I’m stumped! I feel like by now we usually know who’s who, but this year it’s all open. I’m not confident PITT is what everyone thinks they are and after last week. I’m not sure where ESU stands either.

It’s a lot easier to talk **** when you know you are going to lose or know you are going to win. This game though, it’s a 50/50 in my eyes and I don’t like it hahahahaha.

Not at all, we are kicking UCMs ass regardless of the outcome of the PITT game. That I’m certain…. 😂🤣😂

I knew that would wake your sorry ass up. All hell is going to rain down on the Hornets in Warrensburg. Take it to the bank. But first we need you to go spank the monkeys.

Lol! That is the plan, they are going to feel the wrath of ESU coming in pissed smooth off after that heartbreaker last week.

He will be holding our pocket after the game.

I honestly think Pitt is a really bad match up for ESU. I think Pitt wins comfortably. They have the QB, but I don't think they have the depth of athletes at WR to turn it into a track meet like the mooles did. I think the Gorillas should be able to turn this into their type of game.

I have been wrong a lot, though.

Emporia just has a way to muck everything up, as well. See pickem contest.

Pitt doesn’t scare me. Our lack of consistent play does. If we come in and play our game, we will be fine.

The Pitt staff doesn't seem to build "scary". . They try to build "frustratingly solid".

Seem to be great at building depth and discipline, although discipline has been lacking recently. Trust our guys to make the plays when they need to.

I'm more concerned about the tackling than the depth at WR. Emporia will find ways to score, but I fear the way the Hornets have been defending the run may be solution to Pitt's slow starts. Probably going to need turnovers to win.
