    4. Colorado Mines (11-0)
    5. CSU-Pueblo (10-1)
    6. Central Washington (9-1)
    7. Texas A&M-Commerce (9-2) wins out with h2h over Midwestern State (8-2)

Maybe because it's late but I am having a real tough time figuring this one out. Commerce could be left out because of the second loss.

The LSC results would have created a cluster when considering h2h. Central Washington's place in the pecking order would determine a lot. The LSC teams need WT to lose because that harms CWU but has no effect on them.

If CWU is at #5, I have no clue. CWU at #6 is the only scenario I can predict....

    1. Minnesota State (11-0)
    2. Minnesota Duluth (11-0)
    3. Colorado Mines (11-0)
    4. CSU-Pueblo (10-1)
    5. Tarleton State (9-1)
    6. Central Washington (9-1)
    7. Texas A&M-Commerce (9-2) over Midwestern State (9-1) because of h2h

    or

    1. Minnesota State (11-0)
    2. Minnesota Duluth (11-0)
    3. Colorado Mines (11-0)
    4. CSU-Pueblo (10-1)
    5. Midwestern State (9-1)
    6. Central Washington (9-1)
    7. Tarleton State (9-1) over Texas A&M-Commerce (9-2) because of h2h

    Non-Conference Best Case Scenarios
Tarleton State: Delta State (2-7), Lincoln (2-7)
    Midwestern State: Humboldt State (2-7)
    TX A&M-Commerce: William Jewell (1-8), Lock Haven (1-9), CSU-Pueblo (9-1)
Central Washington: West Texas (6-4), Southwest Baptist (0-8)
Brandon, what if WT loses 3 of 4 down the stretch ? Would this lessen C Wash chances?

Sorry.. TAMUC is the current champs until a new one is crowned. Saturday was a huge step in the right direction, but until I see a Tarleton team win a playoff game I am holding back on beating my chest. Beat MSU, win a playoff game, and then start bragging. Even then, be humble because we thought we were hot stuff a few years ago heading in to Washington and got curb stomped.

Hopefully somehow, there is a way that 3 LSC teams get in the playoffs. Great exposure and showing for the conference.

Ah the glory days of 2017, I have a feeling a few of you will be stuck there for longer than 2018. Talking like you're NWMSU all of a sudden, good stuff.

          3. likely scenario 10-0 tarleton gets high seed, 9-2 commerce makes it, Msu at 9-2 is on the bubble.
          4. just for clarity, imho when i say msu is not likely to beat Tarleton = Tarleton bus wrecks on the way to way to witchita falls.

If the bus makes it tarleton would have to have the meltdown of the century to loose, but we are talking 10% chance that happens.

Theoretically yes....at the same time not affecting the LSC teams either way. I really think the best chance for three LSC teams is for CWU to pick up a second D2 loss.

              Which is highly unlikely

Tarleton is scary, but MSU at Home on Homecoming coming off of a Bye week is a pretty tough team to beat.

I think the Tarleton game will be a shootout, first team to 60.

Bus wreck was a little over the top but hey it was funny right?

I agree on all the other points.

MSU is going to have a hell of a time keeping rabb upright. Their dline and lbs are as undersized as Eastern's, a little faster but they get pushed back.

To me, this game boils down to how well MW can move the ball and put points on the board.

Especially looking at the rest of CWU schedule.

100% agree. Also, can we contain those running backs for Tarleton?

Maybe their last game in a rematch against Azusa, that first game was a tight one. Although they do get them at home the next time.

And to take it a step further, putting more points on the board than their opponent will really be the key to winning.
