It's snowing in Pueblo. Probably for much of the day. Getting ready for Mankato! But got to get by Augie first.

Luckily it looks like about 50 degrees, a slight breeze, and sunny for kickoff. Perfect.

Looking at the Thunderwolf roster I counted 53 freshmen, which seems like quite a few. They cannot be all on scholarship or are they?

Saddler was kind of hit and miss, he would be All American one game and be high school the next. Masoli doesn't have enough snaps to make a prediction on him, but is a gamer and can run. Pueblo fans, Augie always gets some sort of weird lucky break in every big game, so look for that. Could be the best game of the region this weekend. I could see Pueblo blowing out Augie or a very close game (which Augie always seems to win), but don't expect Augie to blow out Pueblo.

You are correct on that assessment, sometimes when Saddler was awful coach OJ would pull him and put in Masoli. Then after a few series put Saddler back in and he would play better.

Today's photo of CSU-Pueblo's football stadium per Jim Brooks Fan Page facebook page https://www.facebook.com/JimBrooksFanPage/

It will still be 50 degrees and sunny at gametime.

                      One small correction, Pueblo's base defense is a 3-4, not a 3-3-5.

Witt is pretty brave picking the SF schools :) Augie can win this game but need to limit hazardous turnovers and play solid ball. However, Pueblo can do the same.

Good luck to the Vikings tomorrow. It will be a tough road.

Field and the stands have all been cleared, hopefully we can get some sun in the morning to warm up those metal bleachers a bit.
