Last year Winona States schedule didn't get posted until April or May and I had to dig through Facebook to get to it. I'm sure that will be the case again this year.

Yeah I don't think most communications departments don't have football on their radars until at least spring ball. No schedules posted yet on any of the school sites.

I'm seeing October 3rd, at Northern.

From what I am seeing, the 4 crossover games will be random each year (for example, we went to Wayne last year, they come north this year, but the other 3 games are different teams than last year). The "North" and "South" games seem to be a year by year, home and away, which makes sense (not the same weeks, but switching venues).
