I think most would agree the two best teams in the league are playing tomorrow. That's not always the case in these tournaments.

As a side note, the league title will stay in the West for the fifth straight year. This is also a second consecutive all-West final.

To Gannon's credit, they've been on a lot more than off this season and have survived several of the games where they've been off. Whether that will be enough when they get out of the region remains to be seen. That coach brought in some talent this year. They're not winning just because of the system; they have some very legit talent.
I know one thing for certain - teams don't shoot like that for too long. I'll be curious if those shots fall tomorrow. If they stay that hot, Cal is in trouble.

The Vulcans' bigs are much more athletic than Millersville's post players - which are more traditional PSAC bigs. They were too slow to guard the perimeter.

Odd stat from the CAL- GU series history. In 31 games since '09 the VULCANS lead the series 16-15 and the average score for all games is 68-68. Should be fun !

Vulcans picked a great spot to shoot 17% over their yearly average at the line. 18/20 will give any team a chance to win. But that game WILL NOT WIN on Sunday. It's going to be a long shot. Time will tell.

Well, they're certainly in trouble if Gannon continues to shoot 100 percent from 3-point range.

Shoats only playing half the game was certainly a killer for LH. He had only himself to blame, picking up a technical and then an uncharacteristically dumb reaching foul for his fourth foul. LH is a high-quality team that very well could be sitting home for the regional this year.

Cal major break with Whitehead not getting called for travel while sliding across court. Huge call.
