Have a game Mr Stein! He hit every possible shot in this game that one could imagine. Wod and his odd substitution patterns made this a game for a brief moment and there is no excuse for not just thrashing your opponent when down.

Price is getting worse and has become toxic on the court. When he is in the game bad things happen. He either needs to get his act together or have his minutes go to ZERO.

UIS has a couple of really talented players but their coach might as well just sit on the bus and take a nap. Anyway, next week is important but we got some help this week and should be sitting pretty for a tourney bid.

No one can beat them when they shoot the ball like that. It was concerning that we let them get within 5 late in second half before putting the nail in the coffin but that is the norm letting teams back in the game.

Lewis is just better than USI.....there isn't much else to say. They are quicker and our switching defense got gutted time and time again. What's disappointing is that they were also more physical. There is never an excuse to get pushed around on your home court. The lack of toughness is a direct reflection of the soft coach Wod.

I said the last time we played them that McCullum was the best guard in the league. He was fantastic tonight on both ends. We don't have anyone quick enough to guard him. Lewis has a legitimate shot at winning this regional. Imagine if Max Struss was still playing got them instead of DePaul....they possibly would have been odds on favorite to cut down the nets.

There is no figuring it out. Against the better teams in this league Wod is going to get worked over by the opposition. Drury, Lewis, Bellarmine are going to be playing their best ball when it matters. Wod ball is not a progressive venture.

Lewis is very impressive. McCollum looked like the best player in the league both times we played against them. He controlled the game and could basically do whatever he wanted. Their offense worked us over, weave out top, drive to the hoop, pass to baseline, pass to top of key, bury a three...all within a second or two, very crisp.

Kind of sentimental about the last home game at the PAC. I was in school at USI when it opened. We were so very excited to have our own gym on campus after playing our home games at the old central HS (YMCA) gym. Lots of great memories, big wins and heart-breaking losses. Looking forward to the new facility. I thinks its gonna be great. We need to give the Reitz boys a good send-off on Saturday. Stein has been a warrior for us. Third on all-time scoring list is rarified air.

Kobe had only 18 minutes. One of the best shooters we have and he plays less than half the game. We could have used his shooting last night. Norman, Hanson, Rouch, Mumba all got significant minutes and did next to nothing.
