Wonder who HU would rather play again…Mine, UCM or GVSU?
      Mines...100 out of 100 times.

            • This game gives HU-LR game a different perspective.

              • So in 25 based on this year it would be Harding playing either GVSU or CM game winner. Or SR4 vs SR1 and SR3 vs SR2 in semi.

You guys got exposed and embarrassed as the representative of SR4. That didn't happen to UCM and GV when taking the Bisons right down to the wire in one-point decisions.

GV’s D was severely banged up that first game as several key players were out and it still took a last second FG that many at the game said never went thru - regardless it wasn’t near the same D that played Harding ( now, neither was GV’s O)

You beat me to it. They came up big. They don't get enough credit.

PS- NEVER DROP THE BALL GOING INTO THE END ZONE! HAND IT TO THE OFFICIAL. WHO EVER THOUGHT THAT WAS COOL?

                          • As someone that has coached in multiple regions, the top teams in region 2, 3, and 4 are all pretty close. Apologies to region 1 but they just don’t have the dudes at any position. Some conferences are deeper than others but Mines has gone out of their way to schedule tough non-conference opponents the last 2 years so they DESERVED the national championship appearance IMO.

                            • But the LSC, MIAA, NSIC, GLIAC (GLVC? I always mix up those 2. The one with Ferris and grand valley), and GSC are all talented deep conferences. The others are top heavy or not good at all.

                              • Congrats to Harding for an excellent season and well-deserved first D2 national title. They proved they are deserving champions.

Kudos also to Colorado School of Mines for reaching their second straight D2 championship game.
