Everything you post applies to everyone else, and you appear to not like that. How are you going to say: "It is a primordial instinct to protect your own. Rules for thee, not for me?

Most normal people would realize that when the same pattern keeps happening to them time and time again, maybe it's a problem with themselves, and not everyone else. But not you. You’re special.
And Kle I’ve already said what I have to say to you. Will not respond to anything else you post past this because you are not worth my time.

I had a long argument with him about his team on the GAC board earlier in the playoffs. I was underestimating his team, but he had a real chip on his shoulder that I had any criticism for them at all since my team happened to not be a playoff team this year.

The Harding fans are good people, they just have a bit of a chip on their shoulder because they feel like they’re a championship level team that hasn’t gotten respect. And they’re getting that opportunity to prove it now, just one game away. So more power to ‘em. Win or lose they just want to be seen as being able to compete with the blue bloods.

Last I heard, that wasn't true. Is Rainey no longer the CFO?

This is going to be an interesting game as their style of play are polar opposites. If Harding can control the clock I like their chances. Just like the ucm game, the team that punts the most will lose. This game will not be like the 7-6 rock fight with gv.

                  I agree. I think it's a fun matchup.

man.. we had the CFO or some guy I thought was the CFO come and talk to my business class like 5 years ago… It was a panel of extraordinarily high performing HU grads. I don’t pay attention that hard. If I’m wrong, oops

Don’t know who it is now, but Brett Biggs has moved to Proctor and Gamble. He was CFO from 2014-2022 I think.

pretty much the only individuals that give money are people who played or their kids played at HU. I assume that supporting a Christian organization that is as hardliner as Harding would be problematic. I’m pretty sure Bentonville HS get more corporate donors than Harding.

I agree, I lean more toward a result closer to the CMU game.

I think Rainey is now at PayPal holdings. I believe it is Schmitt. Could be wrong, but neither of these guys graduated from HU. So, it might have been a while back when an HU grad was a CFO.

It will be interesting. On the surface, it sounds foolish, but I think it will be like the GV/H game BUT.... I don't see Mines having as good of a lock down D, AND Mines O should be better than GV's wounded group. I could final scores all over the place, but most likely both teams in the 20's. No clue as to who'll come out on top.

Brett Biggs is a Harding Alum…he stepped down as the Executive VP and CFO of Walmart last year. Rainey is his successor.
