There's also rumors swirling that Michigan knew about this and deliberately waiting until after signing day to make this announcement. Just rumors, but I wouldn't be surprised either.

He was gifted the Michigan job - and he threw it away. He threw away his family, and now he's in legal trouble. It's just mind blowing to me how someone could have it all and then just throw it away in such spectacular fashion. Also likely ruined the career of the staffer too.

I know college football likes to look past prior sins - but I have a feeling he's going to be blacklisted from the P4.
Sherrod Moore is accused of confronting his ex-girlfriend and making threats to her and himself. He's facing charges of Home Invasion-3rd Degree, a felony, misdemeanor breaking & entering and misdemeanor stalking. His next court date is in early January.

This wasn't particularly shocking. I don't think they were even fielding teams at all this season.

Shawnee State was the only school of the 4 known D2 applicants this year to submit their paperwork in time to be eligible for the expedited transition period
I'm drawing a blank, but I believe Lackawanna (Pa.) and Monroe (N.Y.) are two of the other applicants. Who's the fourth?

It looks like USU Eastern would have to add three teams in order to reach the minimum number of sports for D2 membership. I'd suggest that if they're serious about becoming a D2 program, then they'd probably add something along the lines of cross-country/track and/or swimming within the next couple of years before applying.

You're right. I tried saying it five times fast and got tongue tied on the fourth. LOL

                • Texarkana A&M. Simple and clean (at least clean-er).

Hate to see this. They were a track and field powerhouse.

This looks like the same site where the current field is today next to the college. Only now they have stands on both sides of the field.

The school colors of the Magicians were green and brown, although they wore green and gold in the old film. Now the official colors are green, silver, black and white.

Thanks for the information. When I posted that picture of the stadium I thought to myself, I bet laker has been there at some point.
