Shippensburg (+14.5) at Shepherd: Fun fact -- Lek Powell was a Shippensburg Little League All-Star!
Lock Haven (+3.5) at Millersville: They're both on the rise; one is rising a little faster.
Clarion (+13.5) at California: Not much to say here.
East Stroudsburg at Kutztown: Guess who's one of two PSAC unbeatens?
Mercyhurst at Edinboro: I am totally clueless on this one.
Bloomsburg (+14.5) at West Chester: If WCU scores 15 points, they might cover that line.
Gannon at Seton Hill: Gannon has played some decent clubs tough.
IUP (+3.5) at Slippery Rock: This past week turned this pick for me.
Notre Dame at Frostburg State: The hosts are going to be heard from down the line.
Charleston at Glenville State: Golden Eagles are ringing up scary offensive numbers.
Pitt at Virginia Tech: Marshall, Hokies? Really??
Beloit at University of Chicago: Because Chi-Town needs something to get behind.
Harvard at Holy Cross: Crusaders have been running roughshod through the blue-bloods the past two weeks.

          BONUS
          1) Gannon at Seton Hill, combined final score, will be over or under 44.5 points

Shippensburg (+14.5) at Shepherd - The Swifties get a little breather and it ***is*** a rivalry game.

Clarion (+13.5) at California - The Spocks win the Penn West Yinzer Cup.

IUP (+3.5) at Slippery Rock - **** SLIMEY PEBBLE!!

Notre Dame at Frostburg State - Fake Notre Dame has fallen and can't get up.

Charleston at Glennville State - Got nothing for this too.

Pitt at Virginia Tech - Tossing a bone to the H2P fanboys

Beloit at University of Chicago - They may be better than the Bears.

Harvard at Holy Cross - Ha-vhahd might be saying Holy S**T by the end of the game.

Shippensburg (+14.5) at Shepherd: Sheep's offense is not what we'd like to call good... Either Brian Ferentz is moonlighting from his day job mismanaging Team Banana Beak's "offense" or someone in Sheep Town has been consultating with Matt Canada
Lock Haven (+3.5) at Millersville: Bye week for the Marauders (though they'll need to be careful about a letdown after a historic win over the DUBs last week)
Clarion (+13.5) at California: Spocks of PennWest-California easily get a win over Dem Golden Iggles of PennWorst-Clarion
East Stroudsburg at Kutztown: This should be a close one, but KUBs might have some issues stopping the ESU offense
Mercyhurst at Edinboro: Game of the Weak, By the Weak, For the Week - the losers should be relegated to the PAC (since neither team could probably hang with W&J)
Bloomsburg (+14.5) at West Chester: For some reason, this rivalry produces some weird results, usually favoring the Bloomies (55 straight points after trailing 35-0 ring a bell?)
Gannon at Seton Hill: After TEAM LIT-AF got LIT-UP-AF against PennWorst-Clarion, I almost wanted to pick the Stewies... glad I came to my senses
IUP (+3.5) at Slippery Rock: The Slippys are still the team to beat in the PSAC West until someone beats them ... and it won't be the Red Chickens

Notre Dame at Frostburg State: Changing of the MEC guard in Western Maryland
Charleston at Glennville State: The Chuckies look to be too much for Glenville, but it should be a close one

Pitt at Virginia Tech: I wouldn't put it past Nar-doozy to blow it against the Turkeys... because that would be the most #FailToPitt thing ever

University of Chicago at Beloit: At least the former charter members of the B1G aren't the worst football team in Chicago; UChi obliterated Knox two weeks ago, the same Knox who beat Beloit three weeks ago
Harvard at Holy Cross: Holy Cross goes splits their inner-ring suburban Boston conquest with a win over Cambridge's Harvard (though they really should've beaten Newton's Boston College*)

                * - The BC campus is physically located within Newton city limits but has a "Chestnut Hill" mailing address, where the zip code bleeds into Boston and Brookline as well... Because, Massachusetts

                BONUS

                1) Gannon at Seton Hill, combined final score, will be over or under 44.5 points: I don't trust LIT-AF's offense
                2) Run it up. This PSAC team will win by the largest margin in Week 5: PennWest-California
                3) Turtle Award. This PSAC team will score the fewest points in Week 5: PennWorst-Clarion
                4) Total announced attendance (per official boxscore), IUP at SRU, will be over or under 8,775.5 (but not by much)

                  WEEK 5

Shippensburg (+14.5) at Shepherd: Shep eeks out a win, but Ship covers.

Lock Haven (+3.5) at Millersville: Ville gives the Eagles the Black Spot.

Clarion (+13.5) at California: Cal seems to get better with each quarter and each game.

East Stroudsburg at Kutztown: Maybe it was just a slow start? Should be a good one.

Mercyhurst at Edinboro: Two mediocre teams, but having watched every Boro game so far, they're not the typical 1-3 team. Homecoming advantage puts them over.

Bloomsburg (+14.5) at West Chester: Golden Rams winning just enough to keep Zwaan from retiring.

Gannon at Seton Hill: Eff. Someone has to win, right?

IUP (+3.5) at Slippery Rock: Its Monday and the Rock campus is HYPED for this game. Sudden death should be a King of the Mountain fight between Lutz and Tort.

Notre Dame at Frostburg State: I can see Frostburg becoming a perennial regional power.

Charleston at Glennville State: The kids from the big city head into the hills to lose to Kellar & Co.

Pitt at Virginia Tech: Put a fork in the Panthers.

University of Chicago at Beloit: Remember when Beloit made those lists? Today's college students can't remember when University of Chicago was in the Big Ten.

Harvard at Holy Cross: Holy Cross is good.

                  BONUS

                  1) Gannon at Seton Hill, combined final score, will be over or under 44.5 points: Gannon feels at home at the local high school field.

                  2) Run it up. This PSAC team will win by the largest margin in Week 5: West Chester

                  3) Turtle Award. This PSAC team will score the fewest points in Week 5: Clarion

                  4) Total announced attendance (per official boxscore), IUP at SRU, will be over or under 8,775.5: I predict 9,100

Shippensburg (+14.5) at Shepherd- Hoping the Rams can keep improving and clean up the turnovers. If Seth Morgan isn't going to look off his #1 target, it's time to get Lek or Bagent part 2 in there to gain some experience for the future.

Lock Haven (+3.5) at Millersville- Suddenly, Millersville is looking like a potential playoff team. Battle of the 2 most improved teams in the league.

                    Clarion (+13.5) at California

East Stroudsburg at Kutztown- ESU qb situation makes me pick the Bears. Bears are still playing with their backs against the wall if they want to be in the playoff picture.

                    Mercyhurst at Edinboro

                    Bloomsburg (+14.5) at West Chester

                    Gannon at Seton Hill

IUP (+3.5) at Slippery Rock - Gotta go with the more consistent team. Should be a great rivalry game, but Hunter needs to be a lot better than what he's shown for them to win.

Notre Dame at Frostburg State- New Sheriff in town for the MEC it seems. Could be FSU's year as a regional contender?

Charleston at Glennville State- Back to their old tricks of being world beaters at home, but ghosts on the road.

                    Pitt at Virginia Tech

                    University of Chicago at Beloit

                    Harvard at Holy Cross

                    1) Gannon at Seton Hill, combined final score, will be over or under 44.5 points

                    2) Run it up. This PSAC team will win by the largest margin in Week 5: Shepherd

                    3) Turtle Award. This PSAC team will score the fewest points in Week 5: Clarion

                    4) Total announced attendance (per official boxscore), IUP at SRU, will be over or under 8,775.5

Shippensburg (+14.5) at Shepherd - Being held to a FG isn't going to sit well in Bagent Land. Ship and its 8 QBs pay the price.

Lock Haven (+3.5) at Millersville - Marauders have two big ones following this game ... the Twitter Eagles catch them looking ahead.

Clarion (+13.5) at California - Vulcans' yearly freebie prior to the Coal Bowl. IUP has a war yearly prior. Cal gets the weekend off.

East Stroudsburg at Kutztown - Makes one wonder how the Bears were 0-2 a couple weeks ago. That said, ESU's defense is pretty nasty.

Mercyhurst at Edinboro - Scots win a thriller, 2-0.

Bloomsburg (+14.5) at West Chester - The walk-ons could easily be 0-4 right now instead of .500. Luckily for them, Bloomsburg may have the worst offense in SR1.

Gannon at Seton Hill - They should easily pack in 35 to 40 people inside Offutt Field for this one. Best WR in college football meets the Boom Squad. Boom Squad wins.

IUP (+3.5) at Slippery Rock - You know when Tort's teams play their best ... everytime they are an (alleged) underdog -- and, especially on the road. Team Timeout hasn't played a full game this year. It's coming. Remember, all the pressure is on the home team.

Notre Dame at Frostburg State - Fake Notre Dame is in a funk.

Charleston at Glennville State - Charleston hung 76 on poor West Virginia Wesleyan. They won't pad the stats that much this week. But, they will light up the scoreboard again.

Pitt at Virginia Tech - These two are 2-6 combined. The Sandman may not want to even enter this snoozer.

University of Chicago at Beloit - Rock County will be hoppin' for this one.

Harvard at Holy Cross - Big one in New England.

                      BONUS

                      1) Gannon at Seton Hill, combined final score, will be over or under 44.5 points

                      2) Run it up. This PSAC team will win by the largest margin in Week 5: Angelo says run that b!tch up. Vulcans roll.

                      3) Turtle Award. This PSAC team will score the fewest points in Week 5: Shippensburg. Raiders are facing a wounded animal.

                      4) Total announced attendance (per official boxscore), IUP at SRU, will be over or under 8,775.5 They come out of the woodwork for this one.

                          WEEK 5

Shippensburg (+14.5) at Shepherd--I think the Rams are gonna be irate.

Lock Haven (+3.5) at Millersville--ville by at least 8

Clarion (+13.5) at California- I think 13.5 is too little to give.

East Stroudsburg at Kutztown--this game is going to be close. but giving the nod to the Bears.

Mercyhurst at Edinboro-- Boro by a nose.

Bloomsburg (+14.5) at West Chester--this game should be closer than 14.5, but picking WCU.

Gannon at Seton Hill--LitAF over SHU

IUP (+3.5) at Slippery Rock--Going back and forth over this one. IUP has had the Rock's # the last 2 years. IUP seems to play better on the road for some reason. My gut is telling me IUP will cover but my heart says Rock breaks the 2 game skid against IUP.
